Memberships

The Memberships tab lets you find any player and adjust their VIP and tokens directly.

Finding a player

Search by name or identifier. Online players show their current name; the table lists each player's tokens, VIP expiry date and status (Active / Expired).

Managing a player

Click Manage to open the editor, which shows the player's current tokens and VIP expiry, plus two independent controls:

Control	Effect
Extend VIP (months)	Adds this many months to the player's VIP. 0 leaves VIP unchanged.
Adjust tokens (+/‑)	Adds or removes tokens. e.g. 500 to grant, -200 to deduct.

Press Apply to save. If the player is online, their token balance and VIP chip update live.

The two controls are independent. Giving a player tokens does not touch their VIP, and extending VIP does not touch their tokens. This is why the months field defaults to 0 — so you can hand out tokens without accidentally activating a membership.

Removing VIP

The Remove VIP button ends the player's membership immediately (sets it expired) without affecting their token balance.
