Properties

• Here you can see the full list of available properties owned by your gang, buy upgrades, see the current state or sell it.

Status

- Working: The property is working correctly, no need to do anything. - Stopped: The lab needs ingredients or the product stash is full, once you verify it is needed to wait for the labs loop (runs every 5 mins) to check your property and change the status back to Working.

Upgrades

• By default all properties starts with level 0 for security, stashes and/or production.

• You can increase the level by clicking the money icon, every level cost X amount of money and requires a min gang level to acquire it, all this can be found in config/black > Config.Products > upgrades table

  

  Do NOT modify the amount of levels and/or add upgrades that doesn't belong to the property category.

  
• Buying a Production level will reset the next cook timer.

• If you buy the Production upgrade while inside a lab you need to exit and enter again.

• The stash upgrade don't need you to leave the lab.

Sell

• There's a limit to the number of properties of the same type that a gang can own. If this limit is exceeded, the gang will be required to sell one of their existing properties.

• You can find the sell percentage in Config/blackmarket.lua line 12, none of the upgrades will be refunded.

• The sell button will always ask for confirmation...
