Laptops are linked to the first person that use it, the player identifier will be the laptop serial.
The player can lock the laptop with a personal password to prevent other people from using it.
Laptops can be hacked if other player knows the password or if the hacker have a decrypter item (configurable from Config.HackingDeviceItem).
Hacker can access almost all Apps but some of them like Business or Gang that contains sensitive data from other players won't be visible for the hacker.
